Check out this Alabama fan site's list of possible new coaches at Alabama. Can you believe it --- David "Gomer Jr." Cutcliffe of Ole Miss. I'm sure Towel Boy would love to return to his alma mater and many Ole Miss athletic supporters would be thrilled to see him go. Gotta wonder how serious a candidate he is, though, when his name is spelled incorrectly on the long list:

Meanwhile, the Prince of Darkness has the help wanted sign out in StarkVegas. USM defensive coordinator Tyrone Nix decided he didn't want to work for the Jackal. Here's Dr. S' suggestion: Dump Jackie and make Nix the Bulldogs' head coach. Meanwhile, former State coach Rockey Felker is rumored to be in the running to become the Bulldogs' next offensive coordianator. That would end up being the kind of disaster Irwin Allen got rich making movies about. On the defensive boss front, former Louisville coach/current Alabama A&M coach Ron Cooper is allegedly a candidate for the job, as is former USM genius/LSU idiot Curley Hallman. Stay tuned ...
