The irony of this nice beefy PDF from Delbert Hosemann is that his office tried to charge the JFP hundreds of dollars in staff time to "take the orders out of the books" when we did the original investigation of Barbour pardoning killers of wives and girlfriends in 2008. We couldn't afford the fee, so we went to small papers and police departments around the state to get more details about the crimes. Now, Delbert just puts it all in a PDF. Grrr. (Glad to have it now, though.)
