Cotton State League baseball, Pearl at Capital City, 6:05 p.m.: In reality, both of these teams play in Rankin County (the Capital City Rangers play home games at Jackson Prep), but it's still a city-country thing.

Pro baseball, Jackson at Shreveport, 7 p.m., (1240-AM): Hopefully, the Senators will be more successful on this road trip than they were on the last one.
