Miss Doodle Mae: "Our boss, Jojo, organized a spiritually charged and thought-provoking staff meeting this morning. He did this in response to the "shoot first and don't ask questions later" actions of a neighborhood watch captain who gunned down a teenager carrying Skittles and a can of ice tea.

"The Jojo's Discount Dollar Store staff became concerned about this violent incident and the surge of hatred in America. Reverend Preacher said a prayer of justice for the slain teenager's family and everyone else affected by this unfortunate incident. Sister Encouragement, from the Reverend Cletus Car Sales Church Broadcast, encouraged the staff to remain poised during these challenging times when it seems like only skin color matters.
