After two week of college football, there is not much turnover in the JFP Top 25 poll at top of the poll. The top 10 stays the same as last week. There's major turnover from 11 to 25. For the first time ever we have teams drop out of the poll and new teams enter. The biggest drop is Mississippi State tumbling six spots from 14 to 20. Biggest jump is South Florida, from unranked to 22nd. Missouri, Georgia and Notre Dame dropped off.
