Frank Bluntson, president of the Jackson City Council, will head meetings on Monday and Tuesday this week.

* Jackson City Council work session at 4 p.m. in City Hall council chambers, 219 S. President Street.

* There will be a regular school board meeting held by the JPS in the School Board meeting room, 5:30 p.m., 621 South State Street.

Tuesday, July 28

* The College Board will hold an emergency teleconference at 1 p.m. in the boardroom of the Universities Center, 3825 Ridgewood Road.
