Joyce Harper should never have entered the race along with many other of the candidates. I wonder did Melton coerce her to drop out? She said that she ran because she wanted to make things better in Jackson but she endorses a man that has at best been a part time mayor. Melton has spent at least half of his term in court and traveling back and forth to Texas. He already has at least four more lawsuits to deal with. He has absolutely no credibility. He once bragged about his wealth and now he cannot even pay his taxes on a house that he lives in. I hate to say it but things are looking like Melton injected Harper and others into the race for his own personal gain.......AGAIN.

I wonder if the Horhn endorsement by the Homebuilders was a decision of just the President or if the full board approved it. Shouldn't the membership be contacted first?
