Tonight, at George Street Grocery, Crossroads Film Festival announced the following winners of the 8th annual Crossroads Film Festival. Several will be shown at Parkway Place Theater on Sunday afternoon; each block of films is $7, $5 for Crossroads member. Click here for the schedule:

The Ruma, for Most Promising Mississippi filmmaker – David Matthews for "The Final Hour" - will screen at 3 p.m. Sunday
Director's Choice Award – "Certifiably Jonathan"
Best Short Documentary – "Relatively Free" - will screen in 1 p.m. block on Sunday
Best Feature Documentary – "Pickles" - will screen at 3 p.m. Sunday
Best Short Narrative – "Regarding Sarah"
Best Feature Narrative – "The Novice"
Best Experimental Film – "Help is Coming"
Best Animated Film – "Loom" - will screen in 3 p.m. block on Sunday
Best Music Video – "Quio: So Dazed" - will screen in 3 p.m. block on Sunday
Best Youth Film – "The Dance"
Best Student Film – "Caress of the Creature"
