Jackie Parker is considered by many to be the best Mississippi State football player ever. He died Tuesday at age 74. After leaving Starkville, "Spaghetti Legs" became the greatest football player in Canadian Football League history. Before all of that, Parker led Jones County Junior College to an undefeated season.
