On Thursday, May 11, at 11:00 a.m., the House Juvenile Justice Committee will question "Colonel" Don Taylor, Executive Director/Department of Human Services on the troubled operation of the training schools. The meeting will take place in Room 204 of the State Capitol.

This is likely to be a contentious meeting. See this recent press release for a preview of the fireworks. Note that Flaggs is recommending removing the training schools from Taylor's oversight.
