Looks like there is more to the arena deal than first met the eye. It's kind of remarkable, isn't it, that they didn't do this first? And, yes, let's do some "due diligence" on Dale Danks while we're at it.

It's odd to see anyone related to Melton to take a fine-toothed comb approach to anything. We've heard that this Distoelli guy has tax problems. I wonder if the city is looking for ways out should things go bad fast?
