Ike (on a bike): "Welcome fellow cyclists to the Ghetto Science Team's Village Ghetto Land summer recreation bicycle tour—inspired by the Stevie Wonder album 'Songs in the Key of Life.'

"I will be your tour guide taking you on an exciting odyssey inside the ghetto. During this bicycle tour, riders must wear protective gear at all times, follow the tour guide closely, and greet Village Ghetto Land residents with a wave and smile.

Let's begin our tour at the low-income housing area. As this country approaches the one-year anniversary of Hurricanes Katrina and Rita, the financially challenged remain plagued with unemployment, improper education, starvation and poverty.

"Look closely at a home being burglarized. A financially challenged owner or renter is at a disadvantage because he or she cannot afford insurance, burglar bars or a home alarm system. One block away is the pawn shop where the burglars could receive cash for the stolen items.

"While riding through Village Ghetto Land, notice the facial expressions of small children, senior citizens, disabled and other individuals waiting for food in a very long and slow-moving line at the corner church. Some will say that financially challenged folk should be glad for what they have. Tell me: Would you be happy in Village Ghetto Land?

"Remember: Sista Church Hat will accept donations to the Village Ghetto Land Fund. Credit card payments are welcome. I hope you've enjoyed your tour of the twilight zone."

Wonderful job, Ken. Last week I was in Miami and I went on a tour of the city. I tried to get the bus driver to drive by Liberty City where mostly black and poor people live, but he wouldn't do it. The Miami Herald had been featuring that neighborhood for a couple of weeks or so. It turned out the federal government had given $20,000,000.00 or the likes to relocate poor folks while new housings were built for them. Sadly, half the money is gone mysteriously away without any houses ever been built. What a bunch of bullcrap. The rich and wanna be rich get richer by stealing and screwing the poor while the poor have to learn to take even more sh1t. "America...God has shined his grace on thee."
