The WLBT morning team will interview JFP Editor Donna Ladd about her interview series with Frank Melton Tuesday, April 18, on the 6 a.m. newscast. She will try to be fully awake for it. Also, we understand that Bert Case has an interview with Melton on the evening news tonight (Monday).

Anybody see that interview with Melton just now with Bert Case? It was a bit puffy -- but what about Melton saying he was certified (in Texas, I presume?) as a law enforcement (undercover) back when he was 24, 25?? Anybody have the transcript of this yet? We must follow this one up.

Don't count on it, Lance. Too much of my work must be done at odd hours. ;-) Dawn just kills me. She always looks so perky, and there I am looking like I just rolled out of bed. Which I did. But, hey. She gets off work at 11:30! Imagine. ;-) I like the WLBT a.m. crew a lot, though. So I will continue to drag my butt out of bed now and then when they ask.
