You Can't Resist It–It's Electric!

G-SPAN (Ghetto-Science Public Affairs Network) presents highlights from the first annual Anegrophobia Racial Reconciliation and Diversity Conference. We now join guest speaker Dr. Coleman M'Pufu, renowned South African cultural anthropologist and international coordinator for the Electric Slide for World Peace and Rent Money movement.

Dr. M'Pufu: "I recall Dr. King mentioned, in one of his eloquent and poignant speeches, a truth that describes today's disturbing events. He said, 'Trouble is in the land, and confusion is all around. … The masses of people are rising up.'

"In France, the masses are angry and uprising. Also, in the United States, vestiges of the former 'Let me see your ID law' (aka the South African township of Sharpeville 'Pass Law,' circa 1960) seem to have surfaced like a thief in the night. And if the citizens of this planet continue under the influences of hatred and fear, destruction will follow.

"Nevertheless, the Sausage Sandwich Sisters (1994 World Electric Slide Champions) and I want to quell the tornados of intolerance and bigotry with the All Around the World Same Song Electric Slide, Line Dancin' and Diversity Training Tour. Our goal: to promote global unity—not global warming—and good will by teaching various line dance techniques to the troubled masses, wealthy and others. So please join us as we teach the world to Boot-Scoot-Boogie, Texas-Two-Step and Cha-Cha Slide in perfect harmony.

"And may the Electric Slide bring forth world peace and rent money."

Ken, I wish I could crack open your skull and see what's going on in there! Man, you are a TRIP! BTW, now "All Around the World" will be stuck in my head all day.
