I hope this will bring more opportunities for the Jackson area, especially if companies relocate inside the city limits.

Great news. Glad that the word is getting out, and the KPMG study should only help things...I'm especially pleased that it's specifically looking at the Jackson Metro. Let's get Haley and Leland Speed, the Chamber and the mayor's office to push this...

But remember when the wide world looks at Jackson, they see all of it. Jackson, Clinton, Ridgeland, Madison, Flowood, Brandon, Pearl, Florence/Richland, Byram, and The Reservoir are what make up Jackson. Even Canton, Flora, Fannin, and Raymond are soon going to be part of the bigger "J". The last time I flew in at night, to check progress on a project out in Flowood next day, I saw the lights stretching way way out. The Flight Attendant said, "we are making our decent into the Jackson Metropolitan Area", never mentioned Brandon, Madison or Flowood......only Jackson! Same thing when you fly here....I don't recall the attendant saying.....we are coming on into "Hapeville" get those tray tables up......nope, it's all Atlanta......like it's all Jackson.... ; ).......congratulations on your very well deserved recognition...... I'm tellin ya....it's gonna be good over there.
