AP is reporting that Iran and Isreal are at it AGAIN.

Come on kids...could we stop threatening to "wipe each other off the map"? Its beginning to freak me out a little.

President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad told thousands of students Wednesday that Israel is a "disgraceful blot" that should be eliminated.

"Israel must be wiped off the map," said Ahmadinejad, who became president in August.

He also condemned Iran's neighbors that seek to break new ground in relations with Israel. "Anybody who recognizes Israel will burn in the fire of the Islamic nation's fury," government television quoted him as saying.

Besides the whole "burning in the fire of the Islamic nation's fury" not really sounding like a whole lot of fun...I'm sure Iran is going to claim that Isreal started it because of the statement put forth by them a couple of weeks ago saying they were going to do the exact same thing.

The "same thing" being wipe Iran off the map if they don't cease and desist with their arms program.

Please, let's all be happy with the map. I like the map. I think everyone should share the map.

But, seriously, things are getting kinda charged over there. Considering the fact that Isreal usually follows thru with things like this when they get pissed, its something to be worried about.

If we had a president who's foreign policy included...oh, I don't know...actually BEING DIPLOMATIC I might be less worried. But, while we are at home worrying about what Rove has told us to be worried about (that being unborn babies and the unholy union of two people of the same sexual persuasion) there are WHOLE OTHER COUNTRIES out there, folks, who are concerned with things that we should deem a wee bit more pressing.
