Well, I've been here, just not "here" exactly. Let me explain before I get pummeled for not posting anything lately.

I've been in a sort of "funk" the past few weeks, so I haven't been online as much as usual. Lately, I've been just reading a few emails and closing the browser. I have a bunch of things I planned to post about, but I have just been too tired (or is it lazy?) to type the stuff up. I should be ashamed! (smacks back of hand) I've been so frustrated with what I've heard the media saying lately about Jackson that my hearts bleeds, and Lord knows I've wanted to go to the blogs and read other points of view (more positive ones, hopefully), but I guess I went through a stage where I didn't want to even talk about the "hot garbage" floating through the air waves and stinking up the city I love.

I'll stop there because I know half the stuff I'm thinking is probably already being talked about. I have a lot of reading to do in order to catch up. Plus, I have to get my thoughts together to post some topics.

Well, now I don't feel guilty any more. Good night, Jacktown.

Welcome back, L.W. I hear you about the stinky airwaves. I guess being the capitol of the state the country loves to dump on means we get double-dumped on -- even though we are the progressive center of the state!
